Accessible Seating

Accessible seats are available for people with mobility disabilities and their companions. People who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances are permitted to purchase accessible seats. Individuals who, because of their disability, cannot sit in a straight-back chair or those whose service dogs cannot lie safely in the aisle are also permitted to purchase accessible seats. Please mention any specific needs when purchasing your tickets.

How to Enter the Annenberg Center:
If you are not able to utilize stairs, walk through the plaza with digital sign across from the Inn at Penn and Louie Louie on Walnut St. between 36th and 37th Streets. At the foot of the staircase, there is a double-door ADA accessible entrance. Ring the bell for assistance. You will be greeted by an usher at the door who will show you to the elevator and take you to your seat. This entrance is for ADA patrons only. If your mobility is extremely limited, please call ahead for assistance. ADA patrons will be seated once the house opens. Only one companion per patron may accompany the patron during escort. All others will be required to enter the theatre through the main entrance.

Personal Care Attendants

We provide complimentary admission for government-funded or paid personal care attendants (PCAs) whose attendance is required to enable those with severe disabilities (i.e. individuals requiring around-the-clock assistance) to attend events. Depending on the event and the location of the ticketed patron's seat, the PCA will either be provided a seat or will be directed to a location nearby where they can stand (which may or may not include a view of the event). Any request for a complimentary PCA admission must be made when purchasing the patron's ticket by calling the Box Office at 215.898.3900.
